Diagnosis: Cancer

What we are seeing in the middle east is the removal of a cancer. The fundamental Muslim movement that has been growing over the last few years is like a cancer. It has to be removed or in time it will take the whole body. In this case the region then the world.

Smarter heads then mine have been saying this for not months but years. How can you negotiate with individuals who openly call for our destruction. Who hide behind ski-masks, behead soldiers and civilians, hide in caves. Who's teachings call those who do not believe as they believe" infidels". Any Muslims who want to switch, face death.

I have grown up here in the American West, I have believed, and would like to continue to believe in the American dream of a country, even a world, that would take you for what you are, not what religion, race, or sex you are. But sadly, fundamental Muslims, and maybe all Muslims, if we are honest, from what I'm seeing, can not accept this idea.

I question what we hear from Muslims in this country who say on the one hand they love this country, but have never, say that again, never spoken out to condemn the murders at the hands of their fundamental Muslim brothers. I don't know what to think.

It is clear that Israel must defend itself, it is clear also that the attacks made by Israel have little effect on changing the Muslim position

I Have Some Advice!

I'm not a lawyer. Thank you Lord for that blessing.

But I do every once in a while give out advice. This advice is to the attorney who is representing Valerie Plame in her lawsuit against, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, and Scooter Libby,

Get your money up front. And make sure it's in full.

Watching from out here in the cactus, what might have some two years ago blarely looked like a case, has by now, clearly completely fallen apart. To many of us, the Joe Wilson story was a none story, just a Democratic hack trying to get 15 minutes of fame. Nothing more, nothing less. Joe Wilson outed his own wife, it was very clear from the very beginning.
It wasn't the Vice President, it wasn't Karl Rove, it wasn't Scooter Libby.

IT WAS JOE WILSON.

If you weren't listening or reading, let me say that again.

IT WAS JOE WILSON.

The mid term elections are just about 120 days away, the democratic party hopes to win big and get "back into power". To this day they haven't got a clue as to what it takes to win, they don't learn from history and continue to use lies and deceit to weasel their way through life.

The Dems are now calling for Increased Taxes and Increased Spending. Same Old Same Old, nothing new, tax and spend.

I for one, will not waste a vote on a single democrat who follows this plan. It's not good for this country, it's not good for the world, it's especially not good for me. The Dems say they are for the "little guy", come on, you don't help the "little guy" by taxing and taxing and spending. That just hurts every American.

Take a look at history.
Show me where an increase in taxes has helped the "little guy" or even the rich.

You Can't.

Set the Record Straight

I spent many years as a News Director for several radio stations here in the American West.

Then it was my job, what I was paid to do was report the news. Sounds simple doesn't it. As a news reporter, I was not paid to report just one side of the story, but both sides. Fair and Balanced to use the line that Fox News now uses in promoting what they are attempting to do.

Listening to Tom Sullivan sitting in for Rush today, he was talking about Dan Rather who was on the Larry King show last night and how Rather was talking about the importance of being independent. He (Rather) according to Sullivan also said that he felt that his job was to report the news as he (Rather) saw it. How far from the truth of good reporting can one be. Rather is showing his age (75) but I believe he has followed that idea for most of his 40 year stay with CBS. What a disservice to the profession.

Honestly what happens here on RCA77A is not a news report. I might have thought for a moment or two that was my goal, but that is not what is coming out. I'm showing my bias, and I know it, and I want you to know it too.

If I were hired as a news reporter, you would never know how I stood on issues. I would work very hard to present both sides of a story.

But this blog is not a news report. It plan and simply is my view of what is going on. The basis I have is to the right, and for good reason.

Two and a Half years with nothing to Show

Have you seen the release by Robert Novak.....Take a look to the Fox News Story

I guess the Dems will have to try again to bring down the Bush White house, with lies. I wonder also how long it will be before the charges against Mr. Libby will come down. There really isn't much there according to all accounts.

The Dems love to build things on half truths. It's their stock and trade.

0713/06 I just listened to a radio interview with Novak, he said that he learned of Valerie Plame, through Who's Who in America, a public source, not through any one in the Bush administration or through anyone at the CIA. Apparently to get in Who's Who, you have to pay and I have heard that it was Plame's husband, Joe Wilson who paid to have the listing. Goes to show you, Dems can't be trusted.

Don't forget "Open Blog Friday" contact me in the comment section with your name, email address, and blog site, if you have one, and I will email you with instructions. No Bush bashing, but other than that, it's your subject. I will not comment before or after your post, but other can leave their thoughts in the comment section. Who will be first?

Can you do it in Zero Seconds?

Apparently it can be done in Zero Seconds.

If you look at the site meter, that is included on RCA77A on the left side of the page, you will see that several onlookers, or some who click on the site, stay only for (0) Zero seconds. Enough to be counted but I doubt if they are able to read anything. Not even with a sight reading course, I doubt that they can complete any sort of scan of the page.

I have to conclude that the colors, the few pictures I have added, and even more telling what I have written, has not even tempted them for more than (0) Zero seconds.
Should I be upset. I guess the creative person inside should be and most likely is upset. But it's not calling out in pain.

The man inside, really doesn't care. They don't know what they are missing. I don't feel sorry or upset a bit by their missing my thoughts on the world.

Long ago I realized who I was and what I'm not. I have also reached the point in my life, that I will be me, and if others don't find me interesting or funny, or don't like to be with me and Karen, it's their loss, not mine. I'm happy in my daily life, not guilty about who I am, what I do, nor what I think.

Every once in awhile I will look at other blogs. I do spend more than zero seconds, unless it's in a foreign language, then I will look for designs or pictures. But never just zero seconds. Rude.

Speaking of zero seconds, don't forget about Friday. It's Open Blog Friday and as long as you don't bash President Bush, it's been done before and is getting very old, the subject is up to you. I will not add a comment either before, after, or in the comment section. Others might in the comment section, I will not stop them or edit the comments other than for language. I would like someone to add a post, as I would like to see a different point of view expressed. The offer will stand till the end of the month. It's your chance. Just send your name, email address, and blog site if you have one in the comment section, and I will email what to do back to you.

Don't miss your opportunity.

A Judge got it right

I know it's hard to believe, but a Judge has got it right.

It's my opinion that the decision by Chief District Judge Thomas F. Hogan has made the right move in the case involving Rep. William Jefferson, a Louisiana Democrat, who has been under investigation since March 2005 for allegedly using his position to promote the sale of telecommunications equipment and services offered by IGate, a Louisville-based firm , that sought contracts to several African nations. If you remember it was in Jefferson home, where FBI agents found $90,000 in cash in his freezer, after he had been videotaped taking $100,000 from a business executive who was really a government infomant.

Take a look at the Associated Press story as reported on Fox News.

The Judge has ruled that papers and other items seized by the FBI in a search May 20-21st of Jefferson's office do not have to be returned. In his decision, the judge said, "The lawmakers "sweeping" theory of legislative privilege "would have the effect of converting every congressional office into a taxpayer-subsidized sanctuary of crime" Click above if you'd like to read Judge Hogan's ruling.

That's one for us.

Count Them, Two Exciting Sunday's in a Row

Last week I posted a story about yours truly falling while trying to remove a ceiling fan. A change in one's routine never really hurts, although now that I think about what I'm writing, I did hurt a little. Maybe a lot for a few minutes.

Another change in routine this Sunday too, making it two for two. I went to my Doctor's office and then can you believe ER.

Follow me now through each event as it happen this week. Play music here.
Man's voice: (Norm Seeley) " Thursday when I awoke, I noticed that the lower part of my left leg was a reddish color, there was no pain, just a noticeable difference in color from the other leg", (the right leg if you're trying to keep track) No big deal, went about the day as usual.

Friday during the night, (Thursday night to those on the East coast.....West coast for that matter) had some pain in the left leg, Lower calf portion of my leg, kind of a sharp pain. Woke me up several times. Rolled over and went back to sleep. My leg also felt hot to the touch.

Saturday during the night (here we go again (Friday night for those on the East coast....you know the drill, and you can carry on yourself without my help. Much the same as before.

Sunday morning has arrived. Get ready for church. Go to Church. Have lunch. Can you stand the detail? Decided to go to the Doctor as my left leg was bothering me and it might be an infection or blood clot and that could cause problems. I'm no Doctor but have played one in a radio commercial a few years ago. No you never heard it.

The Doctor wanted me to go right to ER for a Scan. Not an MRI, an ultrasound scan.....it's the gooey test, but at least it was warm goo. That showed that all was normal, no blood clot, then why the pain? Who knows, at this point who cares, I am home, spent a total of 4 hours in either the Doctor's office or the ER. Made my yearly contribution to the medical profession, I am good about that. Don't give to the poor but do help starving Doctors in the US, good for me....Someone tell Al Gore. Tell him for me, "I don't feel Guilty a bit".

There you have it, last week falling on my Back side....guess that's better than falling on one's Dark side.....and this week, going to a Doctor's office and ER.....Maybe I should have gone last week. Now there is something I maybe should feel guilty about....Na....Not me.

When will it happen?

Let's get right to the point.

The FBI has just concluded an investigation that broke up a group who was set on blowing up the NY-NJ underground transit system. Clearly an act of terrorism.

My questions.

1. Who will be the first lib or Democrat that will question the investigation because it violated the terrorists' civil rights?

2. When will it come?

The American public should have been told about this when the FBI first heard of it, and we should have been supplied with daily reports, including names and addresses.

It is our right to know.

Someone in the media failed to do their job.

Someone in the government failed to leak the story.

We have a major problem.

A Little Surprised

This is supposed to be the first Open Blog Friday.

I will leave the offer open and up until the end of the month.

If you would like to write a post, send me your name, email address, and blog if you have one, in the comment section and I will get back to you with instructions.

The subject is up to you and I will not comment about what you have to say. Other's might however and you can respond in the comment section.

Have at it!

Open Blog Friday

I just finished my shower. I don't sing in the shower but I do think. I know, that's hard to believe. But it's true I do think. Something about water falling over one's head and body.

The idea I want to share with you from my shower is this. Open Blog Friday!

Each Friday starting tomorrow if I can get a taker, one of you will write the post. It will be printed word for word, misspellings and all, right here on RCA77A. There will be no charge, no comments from me, just your thoughts, ideas, wondering, whatever.

There is only one limitation.

1. NO POSTS ON THE PRESIDENT HAS LIED. We have been there, done that, and enough is enough.

Other than that one limitation, it's up to you. Have at it. Have fun. Say what you want.

Here is how it's going to work. Send me a comment attached to this post with your name and email address, it will not be published and I will send you my email address back. When you finish your post, email it to me and I will post them, one per week, first come, first served.

If someone beats you to the punch, I will let you know and you will have first dibs on the next Friday.

I think this could be interesting and more people will see it. Putting a comment is great, but not everyone takes the time to pull up the comments.

OK, libs, and you know who you are.....The ball is in your court. Have at it.
